The Junction has been developed through the Rotherham Works and Skills Board to be a central hub for employers to access future employees, currently unemployed, who will be developed to standards identified by you the local employers.
Our Team of experienced Advisors will provide information on the latest opportunities to help you gain access to a skilled and trained workforce.
All entrants to The Junction will be given individual development to enable them to be ready for working in your company.
Anyone leaving The Junction will have demonstrated their ability to work and will be supported in their first months of employment with you by our qualified Advisors.

Individuals
Our Team of experienced Advisors will provide information on the latest opportunities to help you gain employment.
You will receive personal support to help identify your own Personal Action Plan targeted to gain you the skills you will need to get you into employment.
Our aim is to aid individuals with potential barriers to gain employment by offering Careers Advice and information. We will turn your employment dreams into reality.
The Junction will keep in contact with all clients entering employment as starting a new job isn't always straight forward and support is essential in the early stages of a new job.
Services we offer
- We will work with businesses to support the development of employment route ways for the target client group.
- To develop a network of partners to support delivery of The Junction.
- To provide a life skills programme based on skills identified by the Rotherham Knowledge Diffusion project.
