The Junction is open to all individuals currently not employed and in a disadvantaged situation whether Lone Parents, On Invalidity Benefit, Ex Offenders, BME Groups or those with barriers to entering the world of work.

The Junction will offer a wide range of assistance to help individuals back to work by helping them with training and support focused on the demands of the work place, enabling individuals to access all existing provisions that are eligible to their needs, therefore, enabling us to offer you new and exciting opportunities in a variety of different environments to suit all needs.

What sort of advice and guidance can I expect to receive?

The Junction will offer guidance and support from producing a CV to completing an Application Form to correcting Interview Techniques.
