Claire Kilner owner of Beswicks the Cleaners took the opportunity of using the Junction in helping to find an extra pair of hands.

Claire formed the company just over 12 months ago and has seen her business rapidly grow and develop. Claire says: "The Junction gave me the support I needed just when I needed it, which allowed me to carry on operating my business and earn money!"

Claire goes on to say: "Both Noreen Skinner and Carolyn Potts set up both the job description and advertisement, interviewed a number of candidates on my behalf (including very specific questions that I set). The Junction worked at finding me the person with the right skills and the right personality to fit in with our company. We are very happy with The Junction."
