Roger Godfrey, MB Products Ltd

The Junction was asked to contact Roger Godfrey (M.D. of MB Products LTD) with a view of supporting his recruitment requirements.
MB Products are in the textile industry and produce bespoke products with customer all over the world.

Karen put a job spec together and held first stage interviews on behalf of MB Products Ltd, putting forward the most suitable candidates, one of which was employed in August.
Roger has since given The Junction feedback on their service and his choice of applicant.

Many thanks for your support in helping us find an administrator for our day service for disabled adults. There is no way we could have advertised the post so widely without your help because we could not afford to put the advert in the paper and do not have the links into places where people may look for work outside of the job centre, therefore would not have been able to cast our net so widely, in particular within BME communities. You saved us so much admin time (that we didn't have!) by sending out the application packs and co-ordinating and compiling the respondant information which meant we were able to continue our day to daywork without being swamped by the recruitment process, after only spending an hour with you discussing our requirements.

As an external agency, by undertaking the short-listing against our criteria you helped us demonstrate we truely used a fair and transparent recruitment process. It was immensely helpful that you developed and undertook pre-screening tests and interviews on our behalf as we ended up with 3 totally suitable candidates for interview.
